At Breakout, we offer a customized wellness program and fitness planning in Wexford to help you get to wherever you want to be – on your terms.

About the Breakout Wellness Program

  • Our Wellness Program starts with the Initial BreakOut Wellness Session, a one-on-one consultation with you to assess your readiness to begin/progress a fitness program. We discuss your goals and expectations to set up a plan that suits you.
  • Most clients attend 2-3x/wk, but it is flexible and you make the program fit into your life. Memberships are monthly and non-binding. Your goal may be to become fit enough to eventually move onto other fitness facilities, or in other cases clients may prefer our smaller and attentive setting.
  • You get supervision and accountability from a unique wellness coaching and rehabilitation perspective.
